Simply indescribable! Food is absolutely meeeega ... the staff super nice and the boss awesome, very funny guy !!!!! Can just be recommended!

It's all right. Is very natural and the student leisure center, where you can see animals, is nearby.

Small, cozy dining room, attractively and harmoniously furnished, very nice staff, super delicious food. The choice of dishes is quite limited, but the quality is good.

Wonderful ambience to relax for a day with the children. If you are planning a party you can rent the restaurant which I can only warmly recommend! The children are well looked after on site and it won't be boring!

Great for going on a trip with the kids. Playground and pedal boat rental. Very nice location on the lake. Unfortunately the restaurant is still closed, so no rating can be given. The beer garden is open and for the little hunger finds something.

Very king super beautiful

I was on the way to the zoo next door with my son this morning. At the turnstile I noticed that I had no small change with me, but when I walked by I saw that there were already staff at the house by the lake. So I went to the fence, greeted the owner and asked him if it was possible to make me 10 €. Without any communication he took my € 10 bill and changed it to me. When I thanked you warmly and wished you a nice day, he went back to the dining room without saying a word. Neither hello nor goodbye. It's a shame, because the location looks good. And surely I would have left the remaining money there in the form of an ice cream or something to drink after visiting the zoo. For me, lack of friendliness is an exclusion criterion. As a self-employed person in the catering trade, good afternoon and goodbye should be taken for granted. Two stars for changing.

A nice place in Ilmenau, the kids can play next door. Just a shame that the music selection is not so great. Either change or just leave out the music.

A very nice piece of earth. Went there today on Whit Monday and also Children's Day. There is a large playground for the kids, the restaurant offers plenty of food and drinks, the area is spacious and invites you to linger. Very clean.

Its a great 'biergarten' close to TU-Ilmenau campus with a great view of the green Thüringian forest range. Boating lovers would like that place more because, there is a lake for casual rafting as well.

Very limited variety, slow service. However, if you just want to rest with a beer, it's a good place
